Dwin expects about 1,000 to fill a Monday meeting at the Westin Diplomat Resort, 3555 S. Ocean Dr., in Hollywood. From 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. owners will be able to meet with their mortgage holder and a federally approved counseling agency to try to find a way for them to stay in their homes.
